History

In an 1814 Palermo star catalogue, two stars were named Sualocin and Rotanev. Read them backwards: Nicolaus Venator, the Latin name of the observatory’s assistant, Niccolò Cacciatore.

Look for

Its diamond of four stars is Job’s Coffin.
